Im just wondering ppl's thoughts on this.

I don't think she is the innocent girl she portrays herself to the media.
While I don't think her sentcence is fair, I still feel she was involved.
However I dont think there is enough evidence for her to be put away for it.

what do you think Guity or Innocent ?

hmmm I dunno but the thing is in Indo law if she had of admitted guilt her sentance would be a lot lighter so u would think if she was guilty she would have admitted it

well it was her brothers boogie board.

some interesting facts..........

her sister had a surf shop in barli so why would she take the board.

shapelles dad has been done for trafficing drugs.

apparently she used to be a hooker, not confirmed.

why didnt she notice anything was strange with her bag when she picked it up, like wouldnt it have looked different.

i just watched that thing on today tonight, and they recon that chick is telling the truth about the corbys.

she passed to lie detector tests and a body language specialist thought she was telling the truth....

even if it is true that is soooo low on the ex friend like Schapelle "could" get a death sentance if they wanted to overturn her sentance all because this chick has said this shit and they investigate further - why would you do that for any money

yeah true, i think id rather die than sit in prison for 20 yrs.

If you are stupid enought to take that amount of drugs into a country like that then you know the consequences. They still have to prove she did it so I think she is safe

the money that jodi chick got from the interview is goin into payin back ppl
cuz she set up some schapelle foundation n ppl sent donations n shes using the $$$ to pay them back cuz she feels guilty. especially about the kids that sent there pocket money n shit.

Totally guilty. They should have kept the media out of it and bribed the judges and she woulda walked away in a few months. It's the Aus media that gave her a 20 year sentence.
